My name is Ben Hicks - a 23-year-old entrepreneur from Cranberry Twp. During my senior year of college, I co-founded a small aircraft detailing business in Lexington, Kentucky.

I built everything from the ground up — the website, marketing, client relationships, and revenue. Before that, I spent two years in high-ticket consultative sales at Lowe's, learning how real business owners make purchasing decisions.

While running my own small business, I started to notice the same problem everywhere I went—every FBO event I attended and every business I walked into. Great local businesses had websites that looked like they were built in 2009. No AI tools. No real digital presence. And nobody was helping them catch up. So I built HicksDE to fix that for small businesses in my hometown.

I'm not a big agency. I'm local, I'm hungry, and I treat every client like I'm building something for myself.
